Outside the law: inside the Changchun Brainwashing Centre

(Minghui.org) The Changchun Brainwashing Centre, known officially as the “Changchun Legal System Education Training Centre,” is located in the town of Lanjia, and under the direct control of the Jilin Provincial 6-10 Office. To hide the Centre from the public, its billboard is hidden inside the building.

Zou Jun from the provincial 6-10 Office is in charge of the daily operation of the brainwashing centre. Under him are two directors, Liu Xiaofeng and a woman surnamed He.
